Two brothers who killed four people in a crash while on the run from police have been jailed for over 20 years. Elliott Bower, who was driving the car was sentenced to 11 and a half years' detention while his brother Declan and passenger Mason Cartledge were jailed to seven years and eight months each. The judge told Elliott Bower he would have been given the maximum 14 years if he had not pleaded guilty. Two "wanted" brothers taunted police on social media before leading officers on a high-speed chase in a stolen car resulting in a crash that killed four innocent people. Driver Elliott crashed into a people carrier containing seven people as he drove a Volkswagen Golf through areas of Sheffield at speeds in excess of 100mph to evade the police. DAVID and Victoria Beckham's former brother in law has been caged for 30 months over his role in an £800,000 boiler room scam. Darren Flood, who was married to Posh’s sister Louise, used her and husband David’s name to lure customers into worthless investments. The 39-year-old, who is the dad of Victoria's eight-year-old niece, convinced investors to pay over 200 times the odds for minerals supposedly used by tech companies. Among the potential targets discussed was the dad of Beckham's former Three Lions teammate Joe Cole. Flood was today jailed for 30 months alongside five others at Kingston Crown Court for conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation. Darren Flood found "high net worth" investors to be ripped off and his fellow fraudsters played up his ties to the Manchester United football legend to fleece pensioners of savings. Flood - the former husband of Spice Girl Victoria Beckham's sister - was a director of The Commodities Link, which cold-called the elderly to sell them worthless “rare earth metals”. He was sentenced alongside five others at Kingston Crown Court on Friday for conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation.
