International Entertainment Corporation are officially the new owners of Wigan Athletic Football Club after formally confirming its acquisition. David Sharpe has penned an emotional message of thanks and goodbye after resigning as Wigan Athletic chairman following the imminent takeover by International Entertainment Corporation.
