Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood reportedly raked in a massive £9.1 million last year with his earnings dwarfing those of his telly co-stars. The celebrity baker, 53, has a media company called HJP Media LLP, which was valued at at around £7.3 million and his other firm, Paul Hollywood Limited, made a profit of £1.8 million, according to The Sun Online . The hefty figures mean he's worth an astonishing £9.1 million. Paul's massive earnings appear to be more than nine times of his Bake Off co-stars, Prue Leith, Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig, who are all believed to pull in considerably less. He managed to wangle a £400,000-a-year deal to continue starring on Bake Off when the show moved to Channel 4 after previously earning less than £100,000 for the same job on the BBC. Bake Off host Noel, 46, is said to bring in around £813,000 a year from two companies he is parts of, while Sandi Toksvig, 61, is believed to have made £177,000. … [Read more...] about Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood ‘raked in £9.1m last year’

Bake Off hosts Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig have jumped to the defence of under-fire TV judge Paul Hollywood describing him as “lovely, funny man and loyal friend”. The 53-year-old baker has been blasted over his behaviour towards his 24-year-old former girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam. She broke off their two-year romance recently because he tried to get her to sign a gagging order about their relationship. It is alleged that following the split, he shouted: “Why don’t you f*** off back on that horse you rode in on?” when she arrived to collect her belongings from the home they once shared. This has led to Paul – who is also divorcing his wife of 20 years Alex – coming under attack from viewers who have posted messages to Summer such as: “Why waste your time with an old guy?” and “He’s a creep.” However launching the new series of Bake Off – which is back on Channel 4 on Tuesday, … [Read more...] about Bake Off hosts jumped to defence of under fire Paul Hollywood
