Meghan Markle is "sending a coded message" to the royal family about their decision to strip Prince Harry of his military titles in her new children's book, a royal author has claimed. The Duchess of Sussex announced earlier this week that she has written the new book, titled The Bench, which tells the story of fathers and their sons through a mother's eyes. Many fans have praised the book and thousands have already pre-ordered a copy. However Majesty magazine's Ingrid Seward believes that one of the pages shows the couple's feelings towards Harry losing his royal military positions following Megxit. The beautiful illustration shows a ginger hair dad dressed in Army uniform being reunited with his son, who he throws in the air, while the mum watches on through the window. Writing for the Sun , Ingrid points out that this is something Archie has never seen, adding: "Maybe Meghan is sending us a coded message that Harry has still not got over losing his military … [Read more...] about Meghan Markle ‘sends coded message to royals’ in her new children’s book, says expert

GOOD Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin has revealed Piers Morgan tried to give her breastfeeding advice after the birth of her premature baby daughter. The meteorologist was taken to hospital at just under 28 weeks pregnant on July 25, 2017, having gone into labour after turning up at ITV’s London studios to do the weather forecast. Her daughter Charlotte, three, was born hours later weighing just 2lb 8oz and spent 83 days in hospital before coming home to Berkshire with Laura, now 39, and husband Dean Brown. In a chat with Fabulous, in partnership with Ickle Pickles charity, the mum-of-one says: “Everyone from GMB was so lovely, sending loads of messages and baby clothes, seeing if we needed anything. “Piers was hilarious when I brought Charlotte home. He’d texted me and said ‘phone me when you get out of hospital’ so I FaceTimed him and showed him Charlotte. “He started going ‘now, something about breastfeeding’. Celia (Walden, Piers’ wife) said ‘you can’t give her … [Read more...] about GMB’s Laura Tobin reveals dad-of-four Piers Morgan tried to give her BREASTFEEDING advice after premature baby’s birth
A DISGRACED gynaecologist who groped a colleague's breasts "like an octopus" is allowed to treat women again. Professor Khalid Khan, 55, was suspended for 12 months after Dr Jen Gunter exposed him as a sex pest on a blog. But the medic - one of the leading women's health doctors in the UK - is now allowed to return to work after convincing a panel he has learnt ''not to deviate from a grey zone". Khan told the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) in Manchester he had attended courses on maintaining professional boundaries. He claimed he had also learned how to "to retract back into a safe social zone'' when speaking to women. The panel concluded Khan, who was also Editor in Chief at the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, could return to unrestricted medical practise. 'OCTOPUS BODY CRAWL' The shamed doctor was found guilty of serious professional misconduct and sexually motivated behaviour in April last year. A court heard how Dr Gunter, who … [Read more...] about Disgraced gynaecologist who groped female colleague’s breasts ‘like an octopus’ is allowed to treat women again
"My child is not a lab rat." The words are from a 25-year-old woman, Susan, and they're in reference to her three-year-old twin girls. While she speaks to DW, her eyes flicker between them as they begin to meander away — first together, then in different directions — in a large, open park in Bonn, Germany. "It just hasn't been tested enough," Susan insists. "A few months [of testing]? That isn't safe." So no, she says. Her kids are not getting vaccinated against COVID-19. And she isn't, either. Her husband had to, and she didn't like that. At a nearby playground, another mother, who does not want to share her name, feels very differently. "I'd vaccinate them. If it were allowed, or doable, then definitely." Her 12-year-old daughter, she says, has had two different kids in her classroom get COVID-19. That led to a two-week quarantine — each time. "That's where you realize it affects them too." At some point in the coming weeks, the European Medicines Agency is expected to … [Read more...] about COVID: How many parents will actually vaccinate their kids?
Ashok Jain (name changed) tested positive for COVID-19 on April 30. When his oxygen levels fell dangerously low, his family sent him to a small hospital in Indore, in the west-central state of Madhya Pradesh. On May 2, he called up his son-in-law and breathed his last words: "Please get me out of here, otherwise I'll die." Jain died the next day. Prajakta (name changed), a relative of Jain's, blames a lack of investment in health care as a key reason why she believes India won't be able to contain rising deaths from COVID-19 anytime soon. "India has historically underinvested in its health care system, which has ultimately led to the collapse of the system today," Prajakta told DW. He claimed that some hospitals admit patients while knowing full well they lack the facilities to treat COVID patients. Unfortunately, Jain's story is not unique. The Indian government has come under severe criticism for its handling of the pandemic, and for not being able to control the spread … [Read more...] about COVID: How can India keep the virus from spreading further?
