CHELSEA are reportedly in talks to loan Antonio Rudiger to AC Milan for the season to reduce their wage bill after excessive spending spree Milan are keen to push through a season-long loan deal for Rudiger before the transfer window closes, according to Sky Sports . Rudiger, 27, has fallen out of favour at the Bridge and has entered the last two years of his contract. Spurs and PSG had also been in the race to land the defender. But Milan have emerged as favourites as Chelsea would prefer to ship him abroad rather than to a rival club. The Blues are keen to off-load Rudiger in a bid to reduce their wage bill. Over the summer they have splashed out on several new players, bringing their total spend to a whopping £230million. LIONEL MESSI came incredibly close to joining Chelsea after a long phone call with Jose Mourinho, according to reports. The Barcelona superstar had a heart-to-heart chat over the phone with The Special One over a potential Stamford Bridge move in 2004. ANTONIO RUDIGER faces a dilemma over his Chelsea future amid interest from Tottenham. Spurs are turning to the defender as an alternative to Inter Milan's Milan Skriniar to boost their defence this season. But a loan deal for German Rudiger may also mean him signing a contract extension at Stamford Bridge . Rudgier, 27, has two year left on his current deal and will soon become an even more attractive proposition as his contract winds down. But Chelsea ’s standard policy is to get loan players leaving the club to sign improved terms and then make the loaning club pay the full wages. They did it with striker Michy Batshuayi just a few weeks ago with his temporary move to Crystal Palace. A leaked document listing Activision ’s upcoming releases looks to have revealed Call Of Duty : Warzone 2’s launch date. It’s been about six months since Activision announced it was making a sequel to Call Of Duty: Warzone and, apart from confirming it’s due out this year, we still know next to nothing about it. Activision will finally be talking about the game during a Call Of Duty livestream next month. However, it looks as if one detail – the game’s release date – has leaked ahead of its formal announcement. A document listing upcoming Activision releases seems to have been shared online via a screenshot. Aside from giving away the sequel’s actual name (which is simply Call Of Duty: Warzone 2), it says it will launch on November 16.
