A serial luggage thief was apprehended by authorities after an Apple AirTag tracked the bloke and the stolen luggage's movements. Giovanni De Luca, 19, was arrested following the smart bit of tracking kit tagged the baggage thief, with the Apple AirTag alerting its owner to the whereabouts of their items. Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) in Florida, United States , arrested the teenager after the agency's Airport Security Unit "became aware of suspicious activities" relating to a series of missing items.
