Sun will shine over Merseyside this weekend as forecasters predict the bright weather will last for at least 10 days. After a chilly and perhaps misty start for some, this morning will be dry with plenty of sunshine. And the sun, with cloud, will continue throughout the day, making for a pleasant day and evening with bright spells right up until 8pm. The maximum temperatures for today will be 15 degrees C, with the hottest point of the day at around 3pm, with lows of 11 degrees C. Tomorrow another fine day is expected across the region, with increasingly sunny weather developing in the late afternoon - with temperatures of 16 degrees C. The sun will rise at around 5am tomorrow and from around 9am there will be sun and cloud. However the weather will get better througohut the day and from around 3pm the clouds will dissapear, making way for quite a warm late afternoon. A POLLEN bomb is about to cause misery for millions of hay fever sufferers across the UK. Warm weather has seen Brits basking in glorious 25C temperatures but it is also causing a huge surge in pollen levels. We reveal all... What is a pollen bomb? According to the New Scientist, plants need a period of cold then warm weather before they can flower. But because of the long winter, plants that couldn't flower earlier in the spring are more likely to do so all at once. The term is known as a "condensed spring" because it is far shorter than normal. This causes more pollen to be produced - causing misery for hayfever sufferers. Tree pollen is likely to be worse, which affects one in four Brits. Does it make hay fever symptoms worse? But May 12-13 still should be nice enough to get out and enjoy the many fun events happening across north Norfolk, even if it might be wise to take your brolly. The Met has forecast highs of 12 to 13 degrees for Cromer and Sheringham on both Saturday and Sunday. And according to Norwich-based forecasting service Weatherquest, moderate rain will develop during the afternoon.
