"I'm looking forward to seeing the children," Trump said when she arrived at Upbring New Hope Children Center, run by the Lutheran Social Services of the South in McAllen, Texas, at the far southeastern border with Mexico. Her spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, announced her trip in an email to USA TODAY only after she arrived in Texas. The United States announced it was withdrawing from the United Nations Human Rights Council on Tuesday, dismissing it as a "cesspool of political bias" for its anti-Israel stance. It marks the latest rejection of multilateral engagement by the Trump administration - following its exit from the Paris climate accords and the Iran nuclear deal - and comes a day after the UN's most senior human rights official condemned the US for separating children from parents at the border with Mexico. Mike Pompeo, the secretary of state, and Nikki Haley, US ambassador to the UN, issued the announcement, with Mrs Haley saying the Geneva-based organisation was "not worthy of its name". US First lady Melania Trump will not be joining President Donald Trump on his upcoming trips to the G7 summit in Quebec and the highly anticipated summit between the United States and North Korea in Singapore, her spokeswoman told ABC News. The 48-year-old first lady has not been seen in public since May 10. Jennifer Aniston will play the first female president of the United States in a new Netflix film. First Ladies will see Aniston team up with comedian Tig Notaro, who's been cast as her wife; they'll play Beverly and Kasey Nicholson respectively, with Netflix declaring the film's tagline to be: "Behind every great woman... is another great woman." The film is based off an original pitch by Notaro and her wife, Stephanie Allynne, who are set to write the script together.
