U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger stood by his criticism of President Donald Trump's comments in Helsinki on Monday, calling it "shocking and beyond surprising." Despite information saying otherwise from U.S. intelligence agencies, Trump said he had no reason to believe Russia had interfered in the 2016 presidential election, comments he corrected Tuesday. Kinzinger tweeted Monday the president should retract his press conference and reassess his view of the country's friends and allies, calling Trump's comments a disservice to U.S. intelligence agencies.
