A WOMAN has told how after 22 miscarriages she finally fell pregnant naturally, but was forced to terminate her "miracle" baby not once, but twice. Jamie Reichenbach, from Florida, USA, shared her story in a personal essay which was originally published here by Love What Matters . The hopeful mum, who has a 12-year-old son, said she and her husband would plan their entire schedule around being pregnant, but each time it ended the same painful way. Health officials are hunting for a person in the UK who is infected with a worrying Brazil variant of Covid-19 in a bid to stop it spreading into the wider community. There are also concerns that the mutation, first identified in Manaus, can re-infect people who have previously had Covid, and that it has the ability to lessen the impact of vaccines. Dr Susan Hopkins, strategic response director at Public Health England (PHE), said the person was thought to have been tested on February 12 or 13, possibly via a home postal test or a test collected from a local authority. She said the individual may not have completed their form completely online, or may have thought they did, and may not have got their results. Summer holidays overseas will depend on European countries catching up with the UK on their vaccination programmes, Professor Jonathan Van Tam has said. England's Deputy Chief Medical Officer said many European countries are behind us on vaccine rollout - and the possibility of overseas travel will depend on what other countries will "say and do". He told a No 10 news briefing: "We are still in a zone of great uncertainty about what the virus will do next. "On top of that, many of the vaccination programmes in Europe - which is a place where we frequently go on holiday abroad - are running behind ours. "Clearly, whether we can go on holiday abroad to places such as Europe depends on what other countries will say and do in terms of foreign tourism. "There has to be great uncertainty at the moment."
