Dan Walker has confirmed when his final day on BBC Breakfast will be – and he’s only got six shifts left. The presenter, who recently announced he’ll be leaving after six years on the red couch, will present his final show on May 17, in two weeks’ time. Sharing the update alongside Sally Nugent , Dan, 45, said: ‘You know you keep asking me when I’m going? WWE legend Ric Flair has announced plans to wrestle one more time 14 years after his final WrestleMania match. The Nature Boy – who turned 73 in February – has made it clear he felt fit enough to get back in the ring for a long time now, and it looks like it’s actually going to happen this summer. In a statement, Flair said: ‘I’m going to walk that aisle one last time to prove once and for all that to be the Man, you’ve got to beat the Man.’ The match will be part of a huge independent show on July 31 at the Nashville Fairgrounds, as reported by ESPN . Russia has reiterated it would not accept Finland or Sweden joining NATO , after the Ukraine crisis brought the two militarily non-aligned countries to the brink of joining the trans-Atlantic alliance. Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov made the comments to reporters on Monday, relayed through state-owned news agency TASS. He was discussing the news of Sweden's ruling party approving the country's bid to join NATO on Sunday, as well as Finnish politicians calling for their country to join the alliance "without delay." The two Nordic states have historically been non-aligned militarily. Sweden has not fought a war in more than 200 years, while Finland signed an agreement with Russia in 1948 that included Helsinki isolating itself militarily from Western Europe. Boris Johnson has been accused of failing to give straight answers after meeting party leaders in Belfast to try to resolve a political impasse over the Northern Ireland Protocol. Sinn Fein claimed the UK government had been coordinating with "obstructionist tactics" by its political opponents in the DUP who are unhappy with the protocol, which governs Northern Ireland's post-Brexit trading arrangements.
