MAMA June Shannon 's daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird broke down in tears during a therapy session shown in next week's episode of Mama June: Road to Redemption. Things appear to be too much to handle for the 22-year-old in the emotional scene. Pumpkin shared the teaser on Instagram , showing the TV star breaking down in tears alongside her husband, Josh while sitting down with their therapist. In the clip, the reality star admits: "I'm happy, but I'm not happy," while choking back tears. Her husband also teared up while revealing his struggles: "I'm just going through the motions. MAMA June's daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird is reportedly pregnant with twins eight months after welcoming son Bentley. The 22-year-old is also the mother to 4-year-old daughter Ella. Sources close to Lauryn told TMZ that the young mother is about to double the number count in her family. The outlet reported that Lauryn's due date is around June 18. Lauryn shares both of her kids with husband Joshua Efird, who she married in 2018. The Mama June: From Not to Hot star has not yet confirmed that she's pregnant and whether or not she's expecting twins. All but six of the 53 migrants found dead or dying in a tractor-trailer in Texas last week have been identified, officials said Wednesday. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office said 22 of the dead were from Mexico, 19 were from Guatemala and six were from Honduras. The migrants were found in an abandoned trailer June 27 on a back road on the edge of San Antonio. The alleged driver of the truck was due in federal court Wednesday for a detention hearing. The dead included two 16-year-olds from Mexico and a 13-year-old and 14-year-old from Guatemala, the medical examiner's office said. Relatives in Guatemala had previously identified the teens as cousins: 13-year-old Pascual Melvin Guachiac and 14-year-old Juan Wilmer Tulul Tepaz. In Honduras, family members identified two of the victims as 23-year-old Alejandro Miguel Andino Caballero, 23, and his wife, 24-year-old Margie Tamara Paz Grajeda. Hayden Panettiere has revealed she was addicted to opioids and alcohol for years and was in a "cycle of self-destruction". The 32-year-old Heroes and Nashville actress said she also suffered depression after becoming a mother. She has had trauma therapy and in-patient treatment as recently as the past year, she told US publication People. "I was on top of the world and I ruined it... I'd think I hit rock bottom, but then there's that trap door that opens," she said. Panettiere found fame as a teenager and said she was only 15 when a member of her staff gave her "happy pills" before red carpet events, eventually opening the door to addiction. MAMA June Shannon's daughter Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Efird and her husband Josh have revealed the first photos of their newborn twins. In photos exclusively revealed by The Sun, Pumpkin was glowing as she proudly showed off her new twin babies , making it four children in her home, ages four and under. The 22-year-old Road to Redemption star gave birth via c-section to the twins on May 19 at a Georgia hospital, as The Sun originally exclusively reported, and in stunning photos the happy new parents showed off their brood of children which is now doubled. The baby boy's name is Sylus Ray Efird and his twin sister's name is Stella Renae Efird. Stella weighed in at 6lbs 1oz when she was born at 8:50 am and little Sylus followed one minute later weighing 5lbs 4oz. MAMA June's daughter Alana 'Honey Boo Boo' Thompson has nearly suffered a blunder after almost dropping her sister Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Efird's newborn daughter in new photos. In photos exclusively revealed by The Sun, Alana was seen helping to hold Pumpkin , 22, and Josh Efird's new twin babies, but the 16-year-old reality star seemed to almost lose her grip on the new daughter. The new family photos were taken in Georgia , and showed the new parents and their four children; Ella, four; Bentley, 11 months; and the twin babies Sylus Ray Efird and his twin sister Stella Renae Efird, born May 19.
