FISHNET tights and feather trimmings, rouged lips and cropped curls. Welcome to the glitz and glamour of the Roaring Twenties 2.0. The Golden Globes felt more like The Great Gatsby given the period razzle-dazzle on show from its stars. First there were the dresses . The Great’s Elle Fanning and The Queen’s Gambit star Anya Taylor-Joy wore silk slip dresses. Actress and singer Andra Day, and Ozark’s Julia Garner, plumped for plunging necks and drop waistlines. Mad Men’s January Jones, with bold red lips, wore a floor-length fringe frock, while Rosamund Pike wore a fantastic red dress designed by fellow Brit Molly Goddard. Then there were the hairstyles. Legendary TV show You Are What You Eat is being rebooted — without Gillian McKeith
IT has been nearly 15 years since Gillian McKeith became known as the Awful Poo Lady for looking at the contents of dieters’ toilets to help them shift weight. And I can reveal that the classic telly format You Are What You Eat is making a long-awaited comeback. But it will not be on Channel 4 or fronted by Gillian. I’m told legendary TV presenter Trisha Goddard , who is making a big UK comeback following a decade in the States, will host the reboot. It will air on Channel 5 later this year. And Channel 5 were delighted to give her and the series a new home.” Trisha — signed to leading UK agency InterTalent — said: “I am thrilled to have been asked to … [Read more...] about Legendary TV show You Are What You Eat is being rebooted — without Gillian McKeith
