Clark Kent took his son Jordan to the Fortress of Solitude and introduced him to Jor-El on Tuesday's episode of Superman & Lois. Aware of the boy's powers, Clark [Tyler Hoechlin] flew with him to the icy cave, where he learned about the history of Krypton and met his grandfather's hologram. As Superman, Clark also found himself embroiled in a battle with Captain Luthor [Wolé Parks], who hinted that Kal-El would someday become a danger to the Earth. THIS Morning has been hit with almost 2,000 Ofcom complaints after Dr Michael Mosley encouraged viewers to eat just 800 calories a day to lose "lockdown weight". Fans were left outraged by the "dangerous" segment last week, which aired on Friday's episode with hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary . The professional insisted that consuming 800 to 1,000 calories a day can be "safe and effective" on the programme - adding that he is a "fan of rapid weight loss". This is less than half of the recommended calorie intake, which is 2,500 for men and 2,000 for women. The segment faced fierce backlash online at the time, particularly as it aired during Eating Disorder Awareness Week , and 1,932 people have reported their concerns to TV watchdog Ofcom. This Morning will now be assessed on whether or not the regulator needs to conduct a full investigation into the complaints. X Factor’s Lucy Spraggan has found a new way of dealing with online trolls – she tracks them down at their workplace and reports them to their boss. The singer has been the victim of cruel keyboard warriors who mocked her "saggy" boobs after she lost three stone in weight and also ridiculed her dress sense. But the 29-year-old has warned that she won’t take it lying down. Lucy said: "What I do now is screen-shot their comments and put them on my Instagram story and laugh at them. "The other day somebody threatened me with physical violence, so I looked them up on Facebook and found their place of work and called up and spoke to their boss and told them what had happened.
