Under the current UK travel rules, anyone arriving in the UK will need to show proof of a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of departure - which leaves travellers having to find somewhere abroad to get a test. However, British Airways is offering discounted antigen kits from Qured for £33, which passengers can buy before they travel. Passengers can order the kits to their UK address, which are designed to be portable so passengers can take them abroad. They can then schedule a video call with one of Qured's professional health advisors for when it's time to administer the test, so that they can be guided through the process and check that it's done correctly. Chancellor Rishi Sunak has welcomed confirmation by Deliveroo that its highly-anticipated potential stock market float will take place in London. The takeaway delivery company plans to make use of reforms announced this week allowing a "dual class" listing structure enabling founders to retain greater control even after their firms go public. A GIRL of nine died under the wheels of a goods train in a freak accident on the way to buy sweets for her birthday with her dad. The horror was filmed by a street CCTV camera in the small town of Zaozyorny in central Russia last week. In the footage, the father is seen leading his daughter across the tracks as a train approaches. They can be seen hurrying across the rails and reaching safety. The man makes then several steps walking the girl away from the tracks but appears to changes his mind and come back. Further footage shows him walking his daughter next to the rails, holding her by the hand. The locomotive then hits the father, who is knocked to the ground and drags his daughter down with him. She finds herself lying on the snow, and an instant later is sucked under the wheels by the air flow. The footage ends with the man crawling away from the moving train. Malawi's opposition leader Lazarus Chakwera has won Malawi's rerun elections held on Tuesday to become the country's new president. The Malawi Election Commission declared him the victor on Saturday with a dominant 58.57% of the vote ahead of incumbent President Peter Mutharika. Mutharika, who has been in power since 2014, won 38% of the vote in last year's discredited elections in which Chakwera garnered 35%. Mutharika was even sworn into power, but evidence of electoral irregularities later led to the courts annulling the results . The 42-year-old was pictured sitting on top of a dead horse smiling and making a two-fingered ‘peace’ sign, which has led to various repercussions. The British Horseracing Authority said Elliott cannot run horses here while an investigation by the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB) is ongoing. A BHA spokesperson said: "The decision to refuse to allow horses trained by Mr Elliott to run in Britain is therefore an interim decision which the BHA regards as proportionate in these circumstances. "In an earlier statement, the BHA said it was appalled by the image which undermined its values of respecting and caring for horses."
