A ROYAL expert has revealed exactly how much affection members of the monarchy should show each other when in public. We all know there’s a customary kiss at a wedding, a tradition started by Princess Diana and Prince Charles, but other than that it’s entirely up to the couples. Despite intense speculation over rules and protocol, royal expert Myka Meier revealed PDA (public displays of affection) is up to the individuals themselves. It goes without saying at formal engagements demand a certain level of discretion, but the royals essentially have a free rein. Prince Harry had a "tearful" farewell phone call with his ex-girlfriend the day before his stunning wedding to Meghan Markle, according to reports. The new Duke of Sussex dated jewellery designer Chelsy Davy on and off for seven years from 2004 to 2011 but they are said to have parted on good terms. Chelsy was invited to the wedding ceremony at St George's Chapel but she was left off the list for the evening reception at Frogmore House.
