Dominic Raab has long been described as a rising star of the Conservative Party. But in April, the stagnation of his political career was brutally illustrated. Much like in the 1954 film starring Bing Crosby, Susan is the granddaughter of retired army general, Henry Waverly, and lives with him in his Vermont inn.
