Food and drink at the Ricoh Arena is set for a transformation as part of a new catering and hospitality deal. Wasps Group has agreed a long-term catering and hospitality arrangement with Delaware North, a US-based global operator. The new deal ends a partnership with Compass Group UK and Ireland, which had been due to run until 2030. The partnership with Compass originally ran from 2007 and was renewed in July 2015 with Compass subsidiary Levy UK , in what was billed at the time by Wasps as a £195m deal. In the wake of the Delaware North deal being announced Levy UK said its joint venture to provide catering at the Ricoh Arena was coming to an end by “mutual agreement”. A Coventry City fan has purchased the Ricoh Arena for just £190 - but the Sky Blues might struggle to play football on the surface! Paul Fraser took possession of a 1,500-brick Lego model of the stadium on Friday ahead of City's League Two play-off final with Exeter City at Wembley on Monday. The creation is the 91st Football League ground built entirely from Lego by Luton resident and Cardiff City fan Julian 'Jules' Richards. Special Sky Blue bricks were imported from Germany to help complete the 12-hour Ricoh project that is home to Coventry City Football Club and Wasps rugby union team. "I had to import 580 light blue bricks costing 2p per brick and I also had to get some dark blue for the lettering," said the 45-year-old. Rapper Sean Paul is the latest act confirmed to perform during Coventry's summer of music. The Jamaican star is set to star at a headlining show in the Ricoh Arena’s Ericsson Indoor Arena on Sunday, August 19. And the star, who has eight top 10 singles in the UK, will be supported by BBC Radio 1 DJ Charlie Sloth, with two special guest acts to be announced. The 45-year-old rapper has family ties to the city, as his grandmother used to live in both Coventry and Rugby, before moving to Jamaica.
