Anger has circulated online after over a week of protests sparked by the death of a Kurdish woman in police custody. Internet monitoring group NetBlocks said Instagram and WhatsApp - two of the major communication tools that Iran usually allows - had been restricted. WhatsApp said it was working to keep Iranian users connected. At least 19 people have died in a suicide blast at an education centre in Afghanistan's capital city - with the victims mostly girls sitting an exam. The blast ripped through Kaaj Higher Educational Centre, which coaches mainly adult men and women ahead of university entrance tests. Dozens more people were injured in the deadly explosion at 7.30am in the Shiite-populated area of Kabul, according to a Taliban-appointed spokesman for the police. The attack happened in the Dasht-e-Barchi neighbourhood of western Kabul, a predominantly Shiite Muslim area home to the minority Hazara community, the target of some of Afghanistan's most deadly attacks.
