When Sir Paul McCartney played Glastonbury on Saturday night , it was with the energy of a man half his age. Chloe Wiegand fell from an eleventh-storey window while the vessel was docked in San Juan, Puerto Rico, after her grandfather Salvatore Anello placed her on a railing not realizing there was no glass behind her. According to Michael Winkelman, a maritime attorney acting for the family, Wiegand liked to bang on the glass at her brother's hockey games, and Anello thought she was about to do the same when she fell through what was, in fact, an open window. The heir to the throne is said to be “allergic” to travelling by helicopter, one of the most polluting modes of travel. The U.S. Coast Guard intervened Friday evening after a cruise ship bound for Alaska lost power shortly after leaving Seattle. A tug guard escorted the cruise ship back to the Port of Seattle after it regained power, The Seattle Times reported. No passengers were injured during the incident. The liner was carrying 4,331 passengers when the power outage occurred, King 5 reporter Natalie Swaby added on Twitter . The incident took place at approximately 5.15 p.m. when the boat was near Kingston, Washington, Swaby said. Coast Guard spokesperson Petty Officer Third Class Trevor Lilburn told the Times that the ship had briefly lost all power. It was scheduled to take passengers on a week-long round-trip cruise from Seattle.
