Born August 8, 1991, Tony Clay is a British actor from Bexley, Kent. The 26-year-old graduated from the Arts Educational School in Chiswick with a BA in acting in 2013. He’s 92 years old and hasn’t set foot in Albert Square for more than a decade. But original EastEnders cast member Dr Harold Legg will return to the soap this autumn, to help out his old friend Dot Cotton. And yesterday actors Leonard Fenton and June Brown looked thrilled to be reunited as they filmed the first scenes of a storyline set to run up to Christmas. The actor, who appeared in the very first episode of the BBC1 soap 33 years ago, remained as Walford’s resident GP until his exit in 1999. He and Dot, played by 91-year-old Brown, had a turbulent relationship thanks to her hypochondria, which led her to seek his advice on a seemingly endless list of ailments. In the storyline the pair have kept in touch over the years, with Dot letting him know the ins and outs of life on the Square. Dr Legg has returned for several guest appearances over the years, including the funerals of Mark Fowler and Ethel Skinner. He was last seen 11 years ago in 2007. The actor, who appeared in the first episode of the BBC One soap more than 30 years ago, played Walford’s local GP until his departure in 1999. Dr Legg was a close friend of Dot Cotton, played by June Brown, who entertained her hypochondria and seemingly endless list of ailments. He returned a handful of times over the years, most recently in 2007 when Dot needed his help.
