Mexican Navy personnel medically evacuated a U.S. woman, 92, from a cruise ship bound for Honduras after she experienced complications related to high blood pressure. Navy and ship crew members helped transfer the woman and her family from the waters off Isla Mujeres to the Naval Station of Puerto Juárez, Riviera Maya News reported Back on dry land, she was rushed to a hospital in Cancun by ambulance. The woman experienced brain-related complications of arterial hypertension, or high blood pressure in the arteries. The condition significantly increases the risk of vascular brain disease . The rescue took place on Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Breakaway liner. The 3,963-passenger capacity ship was traveling on a seven-night round-trip cruise from Miami, Florida to Honduras, Belize and Mexico. Breakaway is a 1070 foot-long ship launched in 2013 and refurbished in 2018, according to the Norwegian Cruise Line website . A family of nine refugees who fled Ukraine are now uncertain of where they will live after they were asked to leave their acccommodation. Maxim Hyryk and his wife Olga say they don’t know why they were told to vacate the two-bedroom bungalow where they have been staying in Fareham, Hampshire. They had been offered the home by Royal Navy officer Dudley Malster, who lives next door. The married dad, 40, has served in Afghanistan during his 20 years in the military. His father-in-law left his family the bungalow after he died last year, the Daily Mail reported. The Ukrainian family were offered to stay there under the Government’s resettlement programme. Maxim said his hosts were extremely welcoming when they arrived after spending two months in hostels in Poland, with Mr Maltster’s wife Kelly picking them up from Stansted Airport. Craig Mulligan's name was revealed after a judge's ruling, following his sentencing to at least 15 years. The guilty verdict for the killers of Logan Mwangi , Angharad Williamson and stepdad John Cole, may have brought an end to the legal proceedings but not to questions about the horror the innocent boy faced. It is possible many questions will never be answered, a tragic and horrifying outcome for all but none more so than his father, Benjamin Mwangi. Williamson and Cole are thought to have exacted brutal cruelty on the innocent boy, who had his whole life ahead of him, adding further nightmarish disgust to his untimely death. The sick pair have today (June 30) been jailed - Williamson for 28 years, Cole for 29 years. A 14-year-old defendant has also been found guilty in the proceedings, which wrapped up on June 30, but they cannot be named due to their age. We’re so accustomed to seeing flags, it’s easy to forget they have deep significance. Essentially, flags are symbols that represent values and beliefs. More than that, they represent a claim on both the land and, in many ways, the mind. Flags represent jurisdiction. A TENANT was locked out of her flat overnight by the council for not telling them she was off on a four-day camping trip. In a Facebook comment, she advised Cocozza to keep his friends and family close and be patient while waiting for the harassment to end. For some reason her innocuous comment infuriated the internet trolls – sparking a 10-year campaign of abuse. For the next decade, Brookes, now 55, was plagued by people who seemed set on the goal of destroying her reputation – impersonating her online, stealing her photos to create accounts in her name, faking profiles that made it seem as though she was a paedophile and drug dealer. One of her tormentors, Nicky Wright of South London, was jailed for stalking in 2018. Another turned out to be a police officer, who was suspended. Passionate about marine life ever since her father bought her a pair of goggles, aged two, on a Greek holiday, after seeing life beneath the waves for the first time, Christine Figgener, 38, was entranced.
