Taylor Smith, 19, was charged with reckless endangerment after pushing Jordan Holgerson into the water from a Washington bridge last August - however it's emerged prosecutors have offered her a deal. In a video captured by a pal in August last year, the bikini-clad girl is heard mumbling “No, I won’t go”. Seconds later, a girl - later identified as Smith - shoves her forward off the bridge over the Lewis River in Vancouver, Washington. The teen suffered six broken ribs and two punctured lungs in the horror fall - and six months on, she's still suffering from her injuries and requires … [Read more...] about Teen Jordan Holgerson shoved off 60ft bridge by ‘best friend’ reveals horror injuries and demands prison sentence after culprit offered plea deal

The benefits of 5G come with a hefty price tag for the industry. Professor Nigel Linge examines what businesses will have to do to make the switch pay off. Never in the history of the mobile phone has there been so much hype about a new technology ahead of its launch than there is with 5G. It seems that the mobile phone operators, handset manufacturers and equipment vendors are locked into a massive global game of one-upmanship, seeking to claim to be the first to achieve something groundbreaking with the technology. But the stakes are high – the mobile industry also desperately needs 5G, whether for new revenue sources, market share or to drive growth. NFL quarterbacks are amongst the most scrutinised athletes in all of sport, so they generally have to be comfortable taking criticism. After being alerted to the comments by a fan on social media, the 27-year-old offered out both "clowns" and even asked UFC supremo Dana White to arrange an organised bout! He went on to say they need to be given some "accountability", suggesting a new business offering athletes the chance to fight their critics. In a funny twist to the tale, US betting company Bovada offered odds on a potential fight between Stephen A. Smith and … [Read more...] about NFL star Derek Carr calls out pundits and demands Dana White makes UFC fight
