Pictures shared with Sky News, taken by survivors of the Palma terror attack in Mozambique, give a graphic illustration of a terrifying three days under fire, surrounded by insurgents. Nearly 200 people - including foreign workers - took refuge in one of the town's hotels. But survivors have told Sky News how they fled for their lives because they felt they'd been abandoned and no one was coming to rescue them. One South African contractor spoke of almost constant shooting and shelling during the three days they were trapped inside the Amarula Lodge in Palma. Wesley Nel filmed on his mobile phone throughout and his footage shows those pinned down in the Lodge - including his brother Adrian and father Greg - lying on the floor of the hotel's upstairs restaurant as a volley of gunfire is heard. Travellers desperate to make it home before 4am yesterday, when hotel quarantine became mandatory for new arrivals from Pakistan, shared footage of the packed terminal. Airport staff were forced to urge people to form orderly queues and show proof of a negative Covid test with one would-be traveller calling it "the worst experience ever". One British family were denied seats on their plane despite arriving at check-in three hours early. GAMERS desperate to get their hands on a PlayStation 5 console could be in luck next week as big retailers are thought to be getting new stock in. John Lewis, Currys, Smyths and GAME are all expected to be lined up for restocks this week, according to PS5 stock trackers. Online retailer Amazon is also predicted to get new stock in later in April. It comes after gamers were left disappointed when rumours of a Smyths restock swirling on social media throughout last week came to nothing. @Ps5Instant said: “Expecting GAME (9-10am) & Argos (1-4am) 8th to 14th April." A PARANOID mum was left suicidal after she got addicted to googling medical conditions. Cherelle Farrugia, 26, spent up to nine hours a day looking up diagnoses — convinced she had life-threatening illnesses. Her family intervened by confiscating her phone — but she got her fix via library computers instead. Cherelle said: “I’d google every chance I could. I went from lymphoma, then breast cancer — I’ve gone through almost every cancer there is.” She worked herself into such a frenzy, she suffered actual seizures and tried to take her own life . The mum-of-two from Cardiff, says her worries were initially sparked after giving birth to her daughter Willow three years ago.
