A MUM claims she lost a stone tucking into cheese-laden dishes like Aldi’s cauliflower cheese. Food blogger and private cook Chef Resha, 38, said that by following a Keto diet and eating dishes like the Aldi offering she managed to shift the pounds. Speaking to New Idea, she said of the Aldi dish: “There is absolutely zero pasta in this recipe, just yummy caramelised cauliflower swimming in a gooey, creamy sauce loaded with cheese.” Followers of the Keto diet must cut out all refined sugars, carbs including pasta, bread, rice and chips — which is why this recipe was a huge hit.
