The Charmed star was one of the first women to speak out against film producer Harvey Weinstein and has been credited as a force behind the Me Too movement. She said: “I’m proud to be honoured by GQ, receiving the Man Of The Year Inspiration award. It’s a new dawn, a new day for all of us to celebrate positive societal change.” Earlier this year she was seen on screen in a documentary titled Citizen Rose and she has also released her memoir titled Brave. A new political order in Ethiopia has given rise to an abrupt thawing in relations between the country with Africa’s fastest-growing economy and its young, underdeveloped but self-reliant neighbour. The other took in the walking trails and the numerous attractions of Margam Park.The July walk visited the lovely town of Laugharne at the mouth of Afon Tâf in West Carmarthenshire.Eight walkers accompanied by one dog enjoyed the beautiful sunshine as they completed a six-mile walk which featured highlights of Dylan Thomas’ life in the town in which he lived between 1949 and 1953.In Laugharne he wrote some of his most memorable work, including Under Milk Wood and the poem Over St John’s Hill.
