So when Emma got sunburnt she thought tat the red patches on her face would naturally turn into a “nice tan” the next morning. Unfortunately, her hopeful thinking was wrong. Instead of a golden complexion, Emma was left with a puffy and swollen face due to sun poisoning. In a TikTok clip that has racked up a huge 1.1million views, the dark haired beauty shared a snap of her face which was burnt from the sun. She explained: “Me thinking my sunburn was going to turn into a nice tan in the morning.” Despite Emma’s hopes for a “nice tan”, her burnt skin quickly took a turn for the worse. A U-turn in staff advice led to councillors supporting a tried-and-true plan change method , but they’ve left the door open for a potentially speedier streamlined process. The council is pursuing a plan change to enable more intensified housing development in Nelson. The Nelson City Council voted this week to agree “in principle” that a schedule one plan change process, was the preferred option. The schedule one process was one of three options before the council, with the other two being the brand-new Intensification Streamlined Planning Process (ISPP) and another similarly-named but pre-existing Streamlined Planning Process. The ISPP is a new process introduced by the Government to cut red tape and allow greater intensification in larger cities. The council could have applied to the Government to take this potentially faster approach. Fresh from sharing her joyous news that she’s pregnant with her first child, Kelly Osbourne attended the star-studded Dior Men’s show in LA. The 37-year-old reality TV star was pictured at the event wearing an oversized pale blue shirt and a pair of dark jeans, keeping her bump covered for the time being. She wore her trademark lilac hair up in a high ponytail, and matched it with a pale purple clutch bag. The Dior Men’s Spring 2023 show was unveiled by Artistic Director Kim Jones, and also featured celebrity guests including Christina Aguilera and newlyweds Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz . Paul Pogba is considering pulling out of Manchester United ’s squad for their final game against Crystal Palace as he is concerned he will get a negative reception from the away fans at Selhurst Park. ESPN say Pogba has ‘reservations’ about playing in United’s last game of the season on Sunday over fears he will be targeted by visiting supporters. Pogba has been booed by fans in more than one match this season , especially towards the end of the season when it has become increasingly apparent that he will leave Old Trafford this summer. The French World Cup winner, who returned to United six years ago in a deal costing a then world record £89m, suffered an injury in last month’s defeat to Liverpool that appeared to end his campaign .
