Family killer Chris Watts described murdering his family in grim letters from behind bars and said he took two attempts to kill his own daughters . Speaking to author Cheryln Cadle from the Dodge Correctional Institution, Wisconsin, in the US, Watts described how he had been "thinking about killing" his wife for weeks , as reported by the Mail. Infamously, Watts murdered his wife Shannan, 34, and smothered his two daughters Bella, 4, and Cece, 3. He then buried Shannan at a work site around 40 miles away, before dumping the bodies of his daughters in crude oil barrels. James Moore, of Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW), said it was time to "stand up to oppressors". The comments were posted on social media in a discussion about plans to change a Carmarthen primary school from English to Welsh medium. Welsh language commissioner Aled Roberts said the remarks were "wrong". HEIW said it was "aware" of Mr Moore's comments. A spokesman said: "They were made in a personal capacity and in no way a professional one. "HEIW does not condone or endorse any of the comments made.
