Ben Affleck’s luxurious Pacific Palisades mansion is on the market for a whopping $30 million, a month after marrying Jennifer Lopez. The Gone Girl actor, 49, has listed the stunning property, including seven luxurious bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, screening room and spa, for $29.995 million on Tuesday. He purchased the property back in 2018 for $19.2 million amount. At the time, Realtor.com described the mansion as 'an entertainer's dream.’ The decision to list his home came a month after the Argo star tied the knot with his new wife, 53, in Las Vegas. Furthermore, Affleck and J.Lo were spotted grabbing lunch along with their kids in Santa Monica, Calif, following their honeymoon in Europe. TWICE's Nayeon comes under the limelight after her new solo debut track POP! becomes a hit. The TWICE girl's latest music video was released for her new solo debut track, POP! surpassed 100 million views on Youtube on August 10 at approximately 11:40 a.m. KST. As reported by allkpop , the band's agency JYP revealed the news to the fans by sharing a congratulatory poster online. The track came out on June 24 at 1 p.m KST, and after one month, 16 days, and 23 hours of its release, the video achieved a milestone. Mukesh Ambani, one of the richest men in the world and India's top billionaire did not take any salary or allowance from his company in 2021 and 2022, reported local Indian media. Up until 2020, for 15 years the industrialist drew an annual package of INR150 million including salary, commissions, and allowances. However, when the pandemic hit, the industrialist avoided financial remuneration and did not take a dime from his company despite being the chairman and managing director, reported Times of India. In addition to that, the elder Ambani kept his salary the same for 15 years to set an example for entrepreneurs and top managerial employees in the company. Heinz-Glas is one of Germany's biggest glass bottle manufacturers and produces perfume bottles for illustrious brands such as Gucci and L'Oréal. While the industry has weathered many storms, the current gas crisis rocking the country could prove fatal. At the Bavarian plant, almost 70 tonnes of glass are made every day, at temperatures of up to 1,600 degrees. Massive amounts of gas are used, which has become an endangered and increasingly expensive resource. The rise in energy costs is driving up production costs as Vice President Murat Agac explains. "Since the invasion of Ukraine, some gas and energy prices have risen tenfold compared to 2019 while other costs are even 20 times the price they were. "So, prices are volatile, but basically, they are way too high and it's hardly economically sustainable anymore." River Action says there are 20 million chickens being farmed in the Wye catchment area in Herefordshire and Tesco is the biggest customer to two suppliers there. The excrement causes ecological damage to the river, the group says. Tesco said it would continue to engage with suppliers. The group said it had written a letter to the supermarket chain where it states the situation had "reached a state of emergency". "If this situation continues to be left unaddressed, the River Wye faces ecological collapse." The long awaited opening of Timaru’s revamped $3.8 million materials recovery facility (MRF) took place on Tuesday, as the region’s biggest resource recovery hub got its public debut. The MRF takes kerbside recycling from Timaru, Waimate, Mackenzie, Ashburton and Central Otago district councils, as well as commercial businesses, and has the capacity to sort five tonnes of material – mixed plastics, aluminium, steel, paper and cardboard – an hour. The three South Canterbury councils came together to award the 15 year, $112m Envirowaste contract in 2020 . The upgraded MRF has been operating since March 2022, but the unveiling was delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions and scheduling difficulties.
