EASTENDERS fans are convinced Mick Carter is selling “dead” Stuart Highway’s flesh as “Christmas meat”. The landlord was seen flogging the cut price cuts of turkey to punters in Albert Square during tonight’s episode. Last week, Mick was seen beating the living daylights out of Stuart in a brutal revenge attack. While it’s not known if Stuart is dead, viewers have speculated that Mick did finish the psychopath off and joked that he’s now flogging his body parts. One tweeted: “Has Mick cut up Stuart and is now selling him as turkey legs?” Another asked: “Wonder if Mick has cut up Stuart and is selling the parts as turkey crown?” While a third added: “Mick is selling ‘Christmas meat’... Jon Jenkins has become the seventh contestant to leave The Great British Bake Off. The Welshman was undone by some vegetables, his nemesis, as he failed to impress the judges during the inaugural Vegan Week. There was joy for Kim-Joy, who was named Star Baker, but then the sad news came that Jon was getting the chop. Jon, 47, tried his best as he faced the challenges of Mini Savoury Tarts, Vegan Tropical Meringue and a Vegan Celebration Cake. But his Showstopper cake, Only Fools eat Horses, looked "knocked off" despite its great flavours. At the end of the episode, gutted Jon said: “I am immensely proud of what I have achieved. To make it past Week 1 I would have been proud, but to make it to Week 7 it’s been absolutely amazing, it really has.
