A SINGLE mum-of-two who says she has been admitted to hospital twice after eating one meal a day to save money is now considering begging. Kelly Thomson, 43, only eats dinner to ensure her children have three meals a day as she can't afford anything more. She has just £40 a week to feed her family of three and says the 10.1 per cent inflation rate will cripple them. And while Kelly's universal credit covers her £1,300 monthly rent and a few other costs, she said she has just £160 a month left for everything else.
