Slithery python lurking in long grass is almost impossible to see – can you spot it?

· February 25, 2021 ·

A mind-boggling photo of a hidden snake has left baffled viewers wondering if they need a trip to the opticians. In a weekly game of 'Spot the Snake Sunday', Facebook users were asked to inspect a suspicious, seemingly empty patch of grass and find a reptile hidden within. The usually do-able game proved near impossible for those who've tried their eye at spotting the serpent. Those who believed they had spied it took their best guess at what type of snake it was. One person mis-identified the creature as an eastern green in the centre of the image - which was not only incorrect, but not where the snake is located in the image. Other guesses included a grass snake, a king cobra, a tiger snake and an eastern brown. With the grass playing tricks on their minds, other people couldn't see anything at all. One person said: "I'm clueless, can't even see it." "I would have gotten bit," someone else confessed. "Well I would have walked straight on top of him," another … [Read more...] about Slithery python lurking in long grass is almost impossible to see – can you spot it?
