When Eric Bailly signed for Manchester United fans didn't quite know what to expect. The energetic Ivorian became Jose Mourinho's first signing at the club when he completed a £30m move in summer 2016 having only spent one season at Villarreal. However the 23-year-old quickly won over the Old Trafford faithful with a string of commanding defensive displays. While Bailly has been a standout performer for United on the pitch, it is some of his antics away from action which have really won fans over. From his love-hate relationship with Zlatan Ibrahimovic to his eccentric dance moves, the centre-back has been entertaining fans and teammates since his arrival nearly two years ago. Manchester United changed their stance over Jose Mourinho in the space of little over a month - paving the way to the summer overhaul he insists will be necessary to challenge Manchester City’s supremacy. Over the space of a few weeks between December and January, Mourinho cemented his place at Old Trafford when handed a one-year extension to his contract - and confidence to take on even the biggest names at United.
