Mike Tyson has hit out at a planned miniseries about his life, accusing US streaming service Hulu of "stealing a black man's story". The former boxing heavyweight champion is not involved in the production of the eight-part miniseries titled Iron Mike, which will explore the more controversial aspects of his life, as well as his sporting career. The 54-year-old wrote on Twitter: "Really Hulu?! Stealing a black man's story during Black History Month?" The series will be directed by Craig Gillespie, who also led skating biopic I, Tonya, and actress Margot Robbie is understood to be one of the executive producers, according to Variety. Considered to be one of the greatest heavyweight fighters of all time, Tyson became the youngest ever heavyweight champion in boxing history in 1986 at the age of 20. EMMERDALE star Joe-Warren Plant and Vanessa Bauer will NOT return to Dancing on Ice this weekend, The Sun can reveal. The duo, once favourites to win the ITV show, were told this morning that their place will not be reinstated after getting the boot after both testing positive for coronavirus. The shock decision has left the two stars gutted — after they thought bosses would U-turn and allow them to return despite it going against the show’s own hardened-up rules which stated a positive test meant immediate — and permanent — expulsion. The move will please both previous contestants who have been forced out of the competition with injuries or coronavirus, and the remaining celebrities who will not have to take on the duo. A PLACE in the Sun's boss was left screaming for help after sinking down to their chest in a horror quicksand accident. The Channel 4 show has filmed in some glorious locations over the years but there have been times when the crew have faced danger. Speaking to Express.co.uk, presenter Scarlette Douglas recalled one terrifying incident on the Italian island of Sicily. Scarlette was working with a producer called Chris and preparing to film a segment on a seaweed covered beach. She said: "From afar it looked like a beach with dry seaweed." "We all go to stand in our spot and we just hear Chris saying, 'Help, help.' "I turned around and where he stood was like an area of quicksand. It was quick seaweed and he just started dropping down." The cheeky star admitted: "[Chris] was trying to hold the camera up but was literally up to his chest in seaweed. The love guru, 46, accused reality star Joey , 30, of making a "racially insensitive" comment in scenes not shown to viewers.
