(CNN)Days before its official release, excerpts of James Comey's memoir about his time as FBI Director under President Donald Trump have leaked. Actually, flooded. There's a lot of pieces of the Comey book -- "A Higher Loyalty" -- kicking around the media world at the moment. Some are salacious, others are stunning and some are just plain surreal. I scanned through all of the available excerpts and plucked out the lines that are most devastating for Trump. Then I ranked them by level of damage they are likely to cause. Islamic State militants have restated their loyalty to the group’s leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, in what is believed to be their first public pledge of allegiance to him since his “caliphate” in Syria and Iraq collapsed last year, Reuters reports. The group continues to carry out bombings, ambushes and assassinations in both countries, as well as in Libya. However, Baghdadi’s whereabouts have been unknown since the cross-border “caliphate” he declared in 2014 disintegrated with the fall of Mosul and Raqqa, its strongholds in Iraq and Syria respectively. “To infuriate and terrorise the infidels, we renew our pledge of loyalty to the commander of the faithful and the caliph of the Muslims, the mujahid sheikh Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi al-Hussaini al-Qurashi may god preserve him,” militants said in a statement posted on their social media groups. A North Korean defector has been arrested by South Korean police after she arranged for 130 tonnes of rice to be sent across the Chinese border to Pyongyang, local media reports. The 49-year-old woman, who has not been identified, is accused of breaking National Security Law after she sent two consignments of rice to the North Korea State Security Ministry using the help of a Chinese broker. She is also charged with providing material assistance to authorities in Pyongyang and attempting to return to the country, both illegal under South Korean law. The two 65 tonne shipments are believed to worth 105 million won ($98,700) each, according the Security Investigative Service of the Gyeonggi Southern District Police. The woman is also charged with attempting to arrange a second deal with a broker worth 80 million won (US$75,200) before her arrest in Suwon on February 18.
