KSI has been forced to defend his decision to not take Jake Paul up on his offer and opting to fight debutant and friend Swarmz. The British Youtuber, whose real name is JJ Olatunji, was meant to be fighting Alex Wassabi in his first bout in the ring for more than two years at London's O2 Arena on August 27. However, Wassabi has now been forced to withdraw from the fight after suffering a "serious" injury that meant KSI had to find a replacement. The 29-year-old's rival Jake Paul was quick to offer to step in and fight for free in the UK but was promptly rejected by the Youtube star before it then announced that he will face rapper Swarmz, whose real name is Brandon Scott. He has now taken to social media to defend his choice, the Mirror reports. The incident happened on a footpath between Logan Way and Morrison Way in Knightsridge at 19:40 on Saturday. Two suspects, aged around 18 or 19, rode off from the scene on a blue and white motorbike. Police have appealed for anyone with information about the suspects or the incident to come forward. Insp Kylie Barnard, of Livingston Police Station, said: "The victim and her family have been left shaken by this incident and we are appealing for information to trace those responsible.
