HEAVILY pregnant Kate Middleton could go into labour any moment now as the world eagerly awaits royal baby number three. The 36-year-old is due to give birth at the private Lindo Wing, at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, where she had Prince George and Princess Charlotte. There is speculation Kate is due on April 23, with Kensington Palace previously only confirming the month Kate is due. The royal family has a set of customs they follow when any baby is born – including who the first person to be told the news is.
