Michelle Silva, who has worked for some of the US’ top celebrity cosmetic surgeons during her career, shared how certain sleeping positions are known to cause wrinkles, while others are great for anti-ageing. A HERO Border Patrol agent stopped the Texas gunman after rushing into Robb Elementary School without backup, according to various reports. The agent, who was working nearby when the shooting began, reportedly rushed into the school without waiting for backup and shot and killed Salvador Ramos, 18. He was wounded but able to walk out of the school, a law enforcement official told the Associated Press. Border Patrol sources told Fox News' Bill Melugin that the unidentified agent was part of an elite tactical unit. "I’m told he entered with a tactical team while TX LEOs were engaged w/ barricaded shooter," wrote Melugin. "Agent was injured." A TIMELINE has revealed how a school shooter killed at least 19 kids in a 94-minute rampage. Cops said Salvador Ramos killed “anyone in his way” as he opened fire inside Robb Elementary School, in Uvalde, Texas. THE school shooter who killed at least 19 kids had an obsession with the video game Call of Duty and cut his own face with a knife just for fun, friends said. A friend claimed that Salvador Ramos , 18, used to shoot people at random using a BB gun. Cops named Ramos as the gunman following the massacre that hit Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday. Santos Valdez Jr, who had been Ramos' friend since elementary school, said they used to play video games such as Call of Duty together before his behavior changed. On one occasion, Ramos turned up to play basketball in a park but he had scratches on his face, The Washington Post reports. HAUNTING images show students pretending to be dead as they took part in a shooting drill at the school of the Texas elementary gunman. Salvador Ramos , 18, attended Uvalde High School which participated in a mass shooting exercise just two months before the tragedy at nearby Robb Elementary School that left 19 kids and two teachers dead . One of the teachers killed, Eva Mireles , 44, was married to Uvalde School District police officer Ruben Ruiz, who held the active shooter drill. The 16-year veteran was seen posing as an active shooter as he taught the high school students how to react during a school shooting.
