The HEIW said he had left a secondment with them and returned to his permanent role at the Welsh Ambulance Service Trust after "internal discussions". James Moore, of Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW), said it was time to "stand up to oppressors". The comments were posted on social media in a discussion about plans to change a Carmarthen primary school from English to Welsh medium. Welsh language commissioner Aled Roberts said the remarks were "wrong". HEIW said it was "aware" of Mr Moore's comments. A spokesman said: "They were made in a personal capacity and in no way a professional one. "HEIW does not condone or endorse any of the comments made. "It would not be appropriate for us to comment on internal discussions with an individual employee." Olivia Newton John's heartbroken daughter Chloe Lattanzi has described her mother as an "angel" in the wake of her death. The 36-year-old singer took to Instagram to honour the Grease icon's memory on Tuesday, after it was announced Olivia has peacefully passed away aged 73 on Monday morning at her ranch in California surrounded by family. Chloe left fans in tears as she uploaded a behind-the-scenes video of the pair singing Window In The Wall side-by-side in the recording studio. The clip showed the strong bond between the pair, with Olivia visibly moved as her daughter began singing. Chloe penned the touching tribute in the caption: "You are my lighthouse mama.
