Minnesota GOP Chairwoman Jessica Carnahan relayed a message from Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel on a Thursday call with local party officials: Help amplify President Donald Trump 's baseless claims of voter fraud. Jahmal Mosley was feeling lucky. Heading into Tuesday's NBA draft lottery, the Orlando Magic were going to be represented by president of basketball operations Jeff Weltman on stage. A group of coworkers at a Waffle House in Alabama have banded together to raise money to buy Christmas presents for the children of their colleague, a single father, who died three days after Thanksgiving. Bryan Sims was on his way to work at the Waffle House in Northport, Alabama, when he was killed in a car crash, ABC Birmingham affiliate WBMA reported. Cornerback Marcus Washington Jr., one of Georgia 's top committed players in the Class of 2023, is skipping his senior year of high school and joining the Bulldogs' incoming freshman class. Washington Jr., ranked the No. 84 prospect and No. 10 cornerback in the 2023 ESPN 300, will enroll at Georgia in a few weeks. He announced his decision on Twitter. Washington Jr., from Grovetown, Georgia, is the son of former Bulldogs linebacker Marcus Washington, who played for former coach Mark Richt from 2005 to 2009. Three alleged burglars have been nabbed after members of the public were quick to report suspicious behaviour in their rural neighbourhood .
