A video of a hungover man waking up in the wrong house the morning after the night before has been watched by a million people today. The unnamed Scottish man was woken up by two strangers who found him asleep on their living room couch. In a video he posted on Facebook, he explains how he left an after party to get in his taxi but when it didn’t turn up he turned around to go back into the party - he thought. How to wake up in the morning
For the last three months, life for Terry Allen has felt like a dream - he would wake up every morning not believing where he was or and what was about to happen. Instead of having to worry about where he would sleep that night or how to keep himself safe, the 70-year-old was able to enjoy simple life comforts like a bed or having a bath. With his brown cowboy hat, piercing blue eyes and a long, silver and ginger beard, Mr Allen has been a familiar face in the streets of Port Talbot for the past 30 years. He was known for regularly wearing a kilt around the town but, for the last decade, has had the cowboy hat as his trademark. However, in January he revealed how hard he was finding it at the moment , saying the cold was killing him. Mr Allen was soon in a hotel thanks to an intervention by Neath Port Talbot Council. Wales Online reported that this week, for the first time in more than 30 years, he has been given the keys to his first proper home in Cwmavon . "I just … [Read more...] about Homeless man gets keys to first home in 30 years

I had a great connection with Alfie and I feel like I’ve got the same with Thomas. “We’re hanging in there, keeping sane, doing as well as we can. I wouldn’t know where I was without baby Thomas. “I’ve got something to wake up to with him. The word is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as ‘a young woman characterised by her enjoyment of social drinking, sport, or other activities typically considered to be male-oriented ... Irresponsible or brash’. The mother-of-two has calmed down since then. Even so, today she’s expected to keep up the madcap tradition of Chris Evans as she takes over his Radio 2 breakfast show. Here, MARK MASON details some intriguing facts about zany Zoe... A long-time chum of Evans, she revealed they once enjoyed a ‘drunken snog’. As a teenager, whenever she … [Read more...] about Are you ready to wake up to ZOE BALL on Radio 2?
WAKING up on Christmas morning should be a joyous experience but for Janine Vickery it was the moment she’d been dreading. Having started chemotherapy two weeks before, after being diagnosed with Grade 3 invasive aggressive breast cancer, the 37-year-old woke on December 25 last year to find thick strands of her long dark hair strewn across her pillow, having fallen out while she slept. A month previously she’d mentioned a cyst in her left breast after attending a routine GP appointment to collect her prescription inhalers. The mum-of-one, from Birmingham, was sent for a mammogram and a biopsy but medics assured her it was “nothing to worry about”.
