Paul Mescal has become a worldwide heartthrob since his star turn in Normal People , with even his silver chain becoming a sex symbol. And he isn’t exactly finding the new found attention easy. The 24-year-old has admitted that he has ‘no f***ing idea what’s happening’ after his chain racked up over 180,000 followers on the Instagram thirst account @connellschain. Tributes have been paid to Indian actor Puneeth Rajkumar, who died after suffering a cardiac arrest in Bengaluru. The actor's manager confirmed the news after Rajkumar died at Vikram Hospital on Friday morning. He was reportedly rushed to hospital after suffering a heart attack while in the gym but was pronounced dead after arriving unresponsive. Rajkumar, known as Appu to his fans, had a career that spanned two decades in Kannada cinema - a section of Indian cinema dedicated to the Kannada language. He appeared in his first film aged six months and got his first leading role in the 2002 film Appu, which was a box office success. Popular Bollywood singer and composer Bappi Lahiri, who was known for his disco tracks in the 1980s and 1990s, has died at the age of 69. Lahiri was suffering from obstructive sleep apnoea and a recurrent chest infection, and passed away on Tuesday night, a statement by Criticare Hospital in Mumbai said. Known as India's "disco king", he became a household name for belting out major hits and composing music for dozens of movies featuring top stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgun and Mithun Chakraborty. His big Bollywood hits included Chalte Chalte, Disco Dancer and Sharaabi. He also had a run of major box office successes in Bengali films. Ned Beatty, an Oscar-nominated character actor who appeared in dozens of films and TV shows throughout his career, has died at the age of 83. Rising to fame with a role in Deliverance in 1972, Beatty went on to appear in films including Superman and Superman 2 alongside Christopher Reeve, Network, All The President's Men, and Charlie Wilson's War. A woman who was wrongly declared deceased by doctors died of a heart attack from shock after waking up in a coffin at her own funeral. Fagilyu Mukhametzyanov, from Kazan, Russia , was just 49 when she collapsed at home suffering from chest pains in 2011. Her husband, 51-year-old Fagilyu Mukhametzyanov, opted for an open coffin funeral for his wife following her collapse, which was reported by numerous sources as being fatal. The 52-year-old man, who was riding a red Honda motorcycle, suffered serious injuries in the collision on the A832 road near Garve on Sunday morning. He was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness but later died, Police Scotland confirmed. Both the driver and passenger of the white Volvo XC70 car involved in the collision were unhurt. Lil Keed has died at the age of 24, his brother Lil Gotit has confirmed on social media. The rapper, from Atlanta, whose real name is Raqhid Render, had worked with Travis Scott , Young Thug and Chris Brown on his last album Trapped on Cleveland 3 in 2020.
