JILL Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard, have sold their Arkansas home for $305,000, as the stars plan to move for a new lawyer job. The Sun can exclusively reveal Jill, 30, and Derick , 33, have sold their home for $305,000 on May 15. According to Realtor and the duo's own realtor Joseph Hayes & Associates , the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was listed on the market on April 15 for $279,900 . The home, which comes in at 1,486 square-feet, feature's an open-floor plan. The eat-in kitchen boasts white cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have a matching modern design. The home also features a two-car garage, eat-in kitchen and a covered back patio including a large backyard. The Realtor listing reads: "The backyard includes an Arkansas black apple tree, blackberry bush, strawberries, and sugar snap peas!" They bought the home on April 17, 2019 for $187,729. Google ’s Arts and Culture application now lets you view prehistoric creatures and great artworks in augmented reality. The new additions to the app are divided into four subsections: animals, space, history, and art. The app is available on both iPhones and Android phones. In a blog post , the search giant promoted a number of ancient beings including the cambropachycope, a ancient crustacean whose head was covered in eyes. Other animals include the duck-billed Amurosaurus dinosaur and the opabinia, a shrimp-like creature that lived 500 million years ago and had five eyes. New research has revealed the innovations that consumers would most like to see in the “ bathroom of the future”, with automatic facial recognition technology topping the list of desirables. The survey, completed by 1,100 consumers and carried out by DigitalBridge , a technology company that offers innovative bathroom space planning and visualisation tools, found a consensus of excitement among consumers that tech is soon to transform the home . One in five (46 per cent) think that this transformation will be most exciting in the bathroom. A further 28 per cent said that the kitchen is most ripe for innovation and just 9 per cent believe that the living room will see most technological change in future. Half of people also claimed that they would be more likely to shop with a brand that offered them access to technologies such as augmented reality (AR) or artificial intelligence (AI).
