A FIREFIGHTER is accused of stabbing his pregnant wife to death before killing her daughter as she tried to protect her mum. Konstantin Kapustin, 25, allegedly stabbed new bride Marina Kapustina, 30, and five-year-old Nikol, 25 times with a kitchen knife in Russia. The horrific incident occurred at the family’s house in the city of Vologda, in the north-west of the country, two weeks after the couple’s wedding. Kapustin had presented himself as a caring partner but began drinking heavily days after tying the knot, a court was told. After getting fed up with his drinking, Marina started ignoring him. A video shows Kapustin saying to detectives: “I came home and she didn’t say hello to me. I got angry. THE Chase fans were stunned when a contestant who was a dead ringer for actor Brendan Gleeson actually turned out to be his son. Viewers remarked that the Irish player, called Rory, sounded just like the Harry Potter and In Bruges actor. One remarked: "This Rory dude not only looks like Brendan Gleeson, but he has the exact same voice too." Another said: "Rory has to be related to Brendan Gleeson in one way or another! This is unnatural." In the end, the resemblance turned out to be entirely natural as viewers figured out that Brendan, 65, does have a son called... Rory. An armed gang abducted over 300 schoolgirls in an attack on a boarding school in northwestern Nigeria, authorities said on Friday. "There's information that they were moved to a neighboring forest, and we are tracking and exercising caution," police commissioner of Nigeria's Zamfara state, Abutu Yaro, told reporters. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the raid. President Muhammadu Buhari slammed the kidnappers as "bandits" motivated by money. "This administration will not succumb to blackmail by bandits who target innocent school students in the expectations of huge ransom payment," he said in a statement.
