The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's visit to Pakistan took a quirky mode of transport this evening as they arrived at a reception in Islamabad by tuk tuk. And now footage from Kensington Palace's official Instagram account has revealed the painstaking preparations that went into decorating the brightly-coloured vehicle for the royal couple. Starting off with a blank canvas, an artist mixed a number of bright coloured paints, including red, yellow, green and blue, before painting the Union Jack, the Pakistani flag and a colourful peackock. The workmen also added two dangling accessories, including a Manchester United air freshener, which would not have gone down well with Aston Villa fan Prince William. The mother of a man who died after injecting his scrotum with silicone is suing his five boyfriends claiming they forced her son to inflate his testicles to the 'size of a basketball'. Linda Chapman filed a lawsuit in King County, Washington, in September over the death of her son Tank Hafertepen in October 2018 of a pulmonary embolism. Along with her son Ben, Linda is are seeking punitive damages, claiming 'master' Dylan Hafertepen and his 'pups' Daniel Balderas Hafertepen, Charles Osborn, Matthew Scott, and Philip Myers helped to manipulate and humiliate Tank into injecting himself. Tank is said to have started the silicone injections in 2014 on Dylan's command. A man who suffered from painful, lengthy erections - including one that lasted three days - has been given a prosthetic penis controlled with a pump. James Mudd, 38, said he is 'over the moon' after his operation, which came just a day after his girlfriend dumped him. Mr Mudd, of Canning Town, London, had suffered with recurring priapism for almost two years, which caused tensions in his relationship. Doctors said it was likely caused by his anti-depressants. Two surgical attempts, where doctors tried to drain the blood from his penis with a blade, failed to relieve him of his persistent erections. But in the end, Mr Mudd was given no other choice than to have surgery to give him a pump-controlled penis in April 2018, paid for by the NHS. Scott Mosman, 58 (pictured), of Taunton, Massachusetts, died from the rare mosquito-borne disease Eastern Equine Encephalitis on Friday A fourth Massachusetts resident has died after contracting the rare mosquito-borne disease Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE), bringing the nationwide death toll to 12. The victim is 58-year-old Scott Mosman of Taunton, who died on Friday, reported the Taunton Daily Gazette. According to his family, he contracted the virus in September and was moved into hospice care two weeks ago. In an obituary, Mosman was described as an environmental engineer who loved sailing, mountain biking and animals. The death has not yet been confirmed by the state's Department of Public Health.
