Royal fans were quick to spot the awkward encounter, which took place as Prince Harry raised a trophy with his teammates at the Californian event. First, Meghan, 40, appears to try to take a small trophy off one of 37-year-old Harry’s fellow polo players, but he doesn’t let go. And then Meghan is obscured as he and a teammate lift a larger trophy over her head while she applauds and clutches her hat. The Duchess of Sussex can be seen trying to edge into shot, and eventually ducks underneath the award to be visible.
