PROPERTY show A Place In The Sun has become a daytime TV obsession for more than a million of us in lockdown. But it’s not just gorgeous blue skies and seaside views that attract viewers , the presenters have become real favourites. Today, Laura Hamilton , Jasmine Harman and Scarlette Douglas lift the lid on viewers’ weird, wonderful or just plain unwanted messages to the Channel 4 series hosts. THE rumour mill is gathering pace with the Budget just days away. Chancellor Rishi Sunak is believed to be plotting a pensions raid and business tax hike alongside more support for workers and struggling families. The Budget will be held on Wednesday March 3. The Chancellor takes centre-stage as he outlines the government's plans for tax hikes, cuts and things like changes to Universal Credit and the minimum wage. It is due to take place at around 12.30pm, once Prime Minster's questions ends in the House of Commons. The update is likely to focus on the economic fallout from the coronavirus crisis. Jeff Koons and ‘Fait d’hiver’: When is plagiarism art?

A Paris court of appeals has found pop artist Jeff Koons guilty of copyright infringement. Koons' 1988 Fait d'hiver sculpture copies a photo for a French clothing manufacturer's ad campaign, and Koons is to pay damages to the advertising designer for the unauthorized imitation, according to the court. The accusation is not new, and shouldn't come as a surprise even to Koons. It is not the superstar's first conviction for copyright infringement . He regularly has to defend himself against accusations of plagiarism — and just as regularly, he loses the lawsuits. It is however safe to assume that Koons can afford the best lawyers, being one of the world's best-known contemporary artists as well as the most expensive.
