Inside Mrs Hinch’s enviable garden with B&M’s hanging egg chair, stylish BBQ area and a teepee for Ronnie

· June 14, 2020 ·

MRS Hinch may be known for her stylish grey home, but her garden is sure to give you some serious envy this sunny lockdown weekend. Sophie Hinchliffe , who has 3.5 million followers on her popular home account, has been lovingly transforming the Essex pad she owns with husband Jamie - and the outdoor space is no exception. The 30-year-old cleanfluencer posts regular updates on Instagram about her garden - which she's kitted out with a teepee for son Ronnie, nearly one, and B&M's popular egg chair. Sophie bought the chair for £150 last summer - raving that she was "so chuffed" - and accessorised it with B&M fairy lights and fake ivy from The Range. The groomed garden features rattan furniture, potted plants, a walled flower patch, a stylish patio area and a spacious grassy area for dog Henry to enjoy. The greenfingered gal, who has a mixture of fake and real plants, previously admitted she had "no clue what I'm doing" when it came to gardening - but has since … [Read more...] about Inside Mrs Hinch’s enviable garden with B&M’s hanging egg chair, stylish BBQ area and a teepee for Ronnie

Tiger Woods accident latest news – Crash injuries could see golfer hooked on painkiller meds again, friends fear

· February 25, 2021 ·

TIGER Woods’ family worry he may get hooked on painkillers as he recovers from his horrific car crash. A source said the golf icon , who has been in rehab, has a “deep-seated” issue with prescription drugs — and warned a “potentially huge problem” lies ahead. Tiger , 45, suffered serious leg and ankle injuries in the crash near Los Angeles earlier this week. Yesterday US President Barrack Obama sent "prayers" to Tiger Woods, tweeting "Sending my prayers to @TigerWoods and his family tonight—here’s to a speedy recovery for the GOAT of golf. "If we’ve learned anything over the years, it’s to never count Tiger out." It comes as police officials say that the golfer won't face criminal charges, with Deputy Carlos Gonzalez adding: "This remains an accident, an accident is not a crime, they do happen, unfortunately." Asked whether or not any drugs of alcohol tests were done at the scene, Gonzalez said: "The Deputy on the scene assessed the condition of Tiger Woods and … [Read more...] about Tiger Woods accident latest news – Crash injuries could see golfer hooked on painkiller meds again, friends fear

Watchdog urged to probe whether campaigns broke rules in anti-Labour attack ad blitz

· February 21, 2021 ·

The UK’s elections watchdog has been urged to investigate whether ‘third party’ campaign groups collaborated to flood social media with anti-Labour attack ads. Campaign groups spent as much as £700,000 on ads attacking Jeremy Corbyn and Labour policies during the 2019 election campaign, without declaring any of their donors. But they’re banned from joining forces to plan such campaigns to get around legal spending limits. The Mirror revealed on Friday that a group run by Tory activist Jennifer Powers had spent £65,000 on dozens of ads attacking Jeremy Corbyn and Labour on housing policy. But she flatly denied collaborating with anyone else, insisting she merely had an “amateur interest” in housing, and it was a “kitchen table” operation. But emails obtained by OpenDemocracy reveal striking similarities with another campaign run by a former Boris Johnson aide. The Fair Tax Campaign, founded by Alex Crowley, a former close aide of Boris Johnson, ran around 100 ads … [Read more...] about Watchdog urged to probe whether campaigns broke rules in anti-Labour attack ad blitz

Cyberpunk 2077: CD Projekt game suffers more issues as cyber attack delays scheduled fix

· February 25, 2021 ·

A scheduled release of fixes for the troubled Cyberpunk 2077 game have been delayed following a cyber attack on the creator's internal systems. CD Projekt, the Polish video games maker also known for its medieval fantasy Witcher, said on Thursday the patch will now be released in the second half of March, rather than this month. It added that the recent attack had slowed down work on the fixes after the company's systems were compromised. This included the source code for Cyberpunk 2077, the long-awaited title that has been beset with bugs since its December release. "While we dearly wanted to deliver Patch 1.2 for Cyberpunk 2077 in the timespan we detailed previously, the recent cyber attack on the studio's IT infrastructure and extensive scope of the update mean this unfortunately will not happen," the Warsaw-based company said.
