BRITS have been left all at sea after multiple sightings of spooky "floating ships" prowling our waters. A rare optical illusion is to blame for the bizarre appearances - which have already stretched the length of the country. The latest sighting was made by David Morris as he walked along the Cornish coastline near Falmouth. He was left "extremely baffled" when he spotted a large vessel apparently floating just above the waves. Days earlier, several cruise ships were also seen "hovering" above the waters off the coast of Paignton, Devon Then Colin McCallum spotted a large red "floating vessel" on the horizon as he travelled through Banff, Aberdeenshire. The family of a woman who has been missing for four days have joined the search to find her. Photos show dozens of London Search and Rescue members assisting police in combing Clapham Common, with Sarah Everard having not been heard from since Wednesday night. The 33-year-old marketing account manager had been visiting a friend in the area before heading back home to Brixton on foot, with her disappearance described as "out of character". Her family have now travelled over 200 miles from York to help out, confirmed Sarah's uncle Doug Everard, while her auntie Jane Everard admitted they are "devastated". Searchers were snapped yesterday in face masks as they trudged through grass looking for clues, with posters of the missing woman in the background. AMAZON Prime Video’s big-budget drama The Rig is starting to look more like a Line Of Duty reunion. The cast now includes Mark Bonnar, who played Deputy Chief Constable Mike Dryden on the BBC1 police corruption series. He follows in the footsteps of Martin Compston , better known as AC-12 hero Steve Arnott, who has already signed up for the project. Line Of Duty’s director, John Strickland, is even taking charge of the action. A TV insider said: “Mark is the latest recruit to the cast of The Rig, which is clearly going to be dominated by top Scottish actors.
