THE creator of The Walking Dead has revealed the show's hit video game WILL be concluded following weeks of behind the scenes turmoil that had fans fearing its cancellation. Robert Kirkman yesterday announced a deal had been made between game developers Telltale and Skybound to "wrap up" The Walking Dead: The Final Season. The announcement comes after Telltale Games suddenly axed all but 25 of its staff last month, with further staff getting the boot as the studio struggled. Gamers feared they would never find out how the story of main character Clementine would end if the developer went under. But putting their minds to rest at a panel event in New York Comic Con 2018, Kirman said: "Come on, we couldn't lose Rick AND Clem in one year!" After months of speculation that the forthcoming season nine will be his last, Kirkman has revealed that now-iconic character Rick Grimes will “likely” be making his exit in upcoming episodes.
